Refund Policy
At Cole’s Classroom, we provide two different kinds of products & each have their own refund policy. The two different product categories are “1 time purchase” products & our membership program with subscription payments: Cole’s Classroom Pro.
All refund policy details for each are outlined below:
- One time purchase products (non-membership items) such as our presets, templates, posing guides & similar products all have a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can contact us & if it’s within 30 days from your purchase date you will get a full refund.
- Cole’s Classroom Pro, our membership program is a subscription based program with a monthly (or annual) fee. Since Cole’s Classroom Pro has a $1, 10 day trial with unrestricted access, there are no refunds provided for any Cole’s Classroom Pro membership payments. Note, there are no contracts and no penalties if anyone chooses to cancel their subscription & membership, however there are no refunds for Cole’s Classroom Pro payments.
